I know Christmas and my birthday both just recently passed, but this is more of a wish list to myself. Below are photos of items I want to purchase in the fairly near future (or at least have a list for when September and December come back around). Every year people ask me for ideas for birthday gifts and I am always at a loss, so here goes:
1. Junky by William S. Burroughs
2. Naked Lunch by William S. Burroughs
3. KitchenAid Artisan 5-Quart Stand Mixer (in pistachio)
4. Apron Anxiety by Alyssa Shelasky
5. Pins & Needles Embroidered Scarf
6. Hello Kitty iPhone Case
7. Bon Voyage Travel Journal
8. Falling Leaves Wall Decor
Well, that's all for now! Short and sweet? Hahaha. I'll probably purchase the iPhone case and travel journal within the next couple of weeks. The Stand Mixer is definitely something that will remain on the list until Christmas.
oh, I want that kind of mixer too :))
ReplyDeleteYes, it does seem like the perfect mixer! One day! :)
DeleteThat's my dream mixer! I want one sooooo bad too!! My friend tempted me a couple weeks ago with a big sale, they were ~$155. I don't have a color picked out for it though, it's hard to pick! :( And secretly I want one as a wedding gift, lol Which I don't think will happen anytime soon! So yea, I will just have to lust for it online, lol! But if you get one, PROMISE me you will take photos with it (yes, WITH IT!) :D
ReplyDeleteAnd I just checked the scarf but it says it's no longer available ;(
I really like those falling leaves too! Very pretty :)
Aaaah the mixer, right?! It's been on my wishlist forever. I just feel bad asking for something so expensive, so I usually change my mind about asking for it as a gift. Haha. It would make my life so much easier! And yes, I will totally take pictures WITH it. :P
DeleteOops! I've been working on this post for a while now, so it must have become unavailable sometime between January and now. I am a huge procrastinator.
who doesn't want a kitchenaid mixer?? but they're just soooo expensive :C thanks for your comment btw! the mint essie nailpolish is gorgeous, right?
ReplyDeleteoh and i nominated you for an award here: http://www.cutielippi.blogspot.com/2012/03/versatile-blogger-award.html
take care!
lippi~
Yes, they are a bit out of my price range. Hahaha. I just use a fairly cheap hand mixer now, but it really tires my arm out after baking for long periods of time. Oh how the kitchenaid mixer would make my baking life so much easier! Hahaha.
DeleteYou're very welcome. :) Thank YOU for the award nomination! Very much appreciated!
